This is the club’s site for tennis, paddle and pickleball — draws, schedules, courts and match video. It is run by the club, not by a company that wants your data. We keep this minimal.
What we collect
- Nothing, if you are just looking. Draws, schedules, results and court information are public. No account, no sign-in, nothing stored about you.
- Your email address, only if you sign in. Signing in emails you a one-tap link and a 6-digit code — there is no password to store. We keep your email and a login session so we know which player you are.
- What you enter. Your name, your entries, and the scores you or the desk report are part of the draw, so they are visible to the club the way a paper draw sheet is.
What we do not do
- No advertising and no ad networks.
- No third-party analytics or tracking scripts.
- No selling or sharing of personal information, ever.
- No contacts, no location, no photo library, no health data.
Sign-in emails always send — they are how you get in. Anything else (draw postings, match reminders) you can opt out of at any time by replying or emailing alexander@uniquephoto.com.
Match video
Court video is streamed and hosted on YouTube. Watching an embedded video means YouTube sees that request under its own privacy policy, exactly as it would on any site — that part is Google’s, not ours. We do not send them anything about who you are.
Keeping and deleting
Your account lives in the club’s database for as long as it is active. Ask and it is gone: email alexander@uniquephoto.com and we will delete the account and the personal data attached to it. Match results that are part of a completed draw stay as club record, with your name removed on request.
