Common things
I can’t sign in
Sign-in has no password. Enter your email on the sign-in page and we send you a one-tap link and a 6-digit code — either one gets you in, so if the link is mangled by your mail app, type the code instead. If nothing arrives, check spam, then email us and we will check the address we have on file for you.
A score or a result is wrong
Tell us the match and what it should be. Advancement in a draw is stored, not calculated on the fly, so a corrected result has to be pushed through the rounds after it — that is our job, not yours. Do not re-enter it a second time.
My name is missing, or spelled wrong
Email us the correct spelling. If you appear twice — once from a sign-up and once from a paper draw — say so and we will merge the two into one player so your record stays together.
A match video is missing
Court video is recorded and posted after the fact, not instantly, and not every court and not every match is covered. If a match you expected is not there after a day or two, ask.
Court booking
This site shows courts and what is scheduled on them. It is not the club’s booking system — book through the club as you always have.
